How Tapibel works on long-term relationships with partners

We at Tapibel are proud of our tradition and extensive range of carpet collections. It’s one thing to manufacture top-quality items but another thing altogether to sell them. We would not be where we are today without our partners. Building a strong relationship with them is therefore our top priority. Read on to find out how Tapibel works on long-term relationships.

From Iceland to Australia and from Mexico to Dubai, customers from all corners of the world make their way to Tapibel. We currently export our carpets to more than 60 different countries. It goes without saying that we take into account the traditions, customs and trends of the respective regions. For example, reversed tuft carpets are especially popular in Scandinavian countries. These are rougher and harder than ‘regular’ tuft carpets. “That’s just one of the reasons for choosing Tapibel. We looked for a manufacturer who offered high-quality reversed tuft carpets”, says Anthony Fishwick, CEO of Imex (Sweden).

Tradition and respect are at the heart of Tapibel. Respect for each other, the employees and, of course, the customer. The relationships we establish with our customers are always sustainable, open and honest. Are there updates on customer orders? Then we will communicate them. Always openly and honestly. This means that the customer is always informed and can count on Tapibel. We want to get to know you as a customer and build a strong bond. And we prefer to do this informally.

Flexibility is the name of the game at Tapibel. Whenever possible, we work to the customer’s specifications. Do you need a smaller number of square metres, or maybe more? Do you need a special carpet for an event? We can talk about it. We always try to be as flexible as possible. This combined with our extensive stock means we can work quickly and deliver smoothly.

Once you join the Tapibel family, we do our utmost to ensure you remain part of the family. We continuously update our partners about the latest innovations and regularly visit them to strengthen the bond. During these visits, we showcase our latest products and listen to the customer’s needs.

Most of our partners have been customers for years and some, such as Avanti Floors, have been with us since the beginning. The Czech floor covering dealer has relied on Tapibel carpet since its inception in 1992. They continue to purchase different qualities of both wall-to-wall carpet and carpet tiles. We have also been working with Dutch company DB2  for a long time.
